The Business Enterprise Centre will be a dynamic hub that nurtures the entrepreneurial spirit of young individuals, empowering them to discover their passions and acquire the necessary skills for their dream careers. Our mission is to create an inclusive and supportive environment where young entrepreneurs can thrive, earning while learning.
We will offer comprehensive training, mentorship, and employment opportunities to youth facing challenges in traditional job markets.
IT skills based learning
Through our in house IT skills learning program, we will provide hands-on training in programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. These applications are fundamental in developing proficiency in document creation, data analysis, and presentation design. Additionally, we will emphasize teaching efficient email management and communication skills, as effective digital communication is vital in various aspects of life.
In addition to these, we also offer training in graphic designing. They will learn to use industry-standard software to design graphics and develop branding materials,.
Our program will provide instruction in CGI software, allowing them to unleash their imagination and pursue careers in the ever-expanding industry.
Joinery
Our comprehensive joinery training program will equip aspiring carpenters and joiners with the skills and knowledge required to pass the CSkills level 1 assessment. We will offer a hands-on learning approach, ensuring practical experience and real-world application. We will also support apprenticeship opportunities and guide students towards the level 2 assessment for further advancement. With ongoing guidance, our students will develop into skilled and successful carpenters and joiners.
Electrics
Our in-house domestic electricians course will prepare students for apprenticeships in domestic installation. Covering essential topics such as installation fundamentals, earthing and testing, and tool usage, the course will enable students to install and maintain various circuits. We will also offer support for students over 18 years old to pursue level 2 and 3 diploma programs in college, fostering continued learning and career growth. Ongoing guidance will ensure our students meet standards and become highly skilled electricians.
Catering
Our comprehensive in house catering program will equip aspiring caterers with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in the food industry. Covering menu planning, food preparation, safety regulations, customer service, and presentation, we will emphasize hands-on learning in our fully-equipped commercial kitchen.
Music
Our music program will empower individuals to explore their musical talents and collaborate with others. Offering training in various instruments, personalized instruction, and opportunities to learn music theory, composition, and production, we will cater to beginners and experienced musicians alike. We hope to in due course open a state-of-the-art recording studio which will allow students to create high-quality recordings, while collaborative opportunities and live performances enhance their musical journey.
Furniture Restoration
We are proud to offer our plans for a furniture restoration program, providing a creative and empowering opportunity for young individuals to learn valuable skills. By transforming old or discarded furniture into beautiful pieces, they will gain hands-on experience in woodworking, repair, and design. The act of restoring furniture will allow them to express their creativity and restore a sense of purpose and accomplishment.
E-Commerce
Through our planned eCommerce platform, aspiring entrepreneurs can effortlessly establish and manage their online businesses. The platform will provide a comprehensive range of tools and resources, including website design, online marketing, payment processing, and inventory management. It will also provide employment opportunities to other youth that need, supporting them into work also.
